# Manage Your Account

> Manage your personal profile, security, and email notification preferences.

Account settings apply to your own Conveo login. Organization membership and study access are managed separately in [organization settings](/docs/settings-and-management/manage-organization-members).

## Quick Reference

Open **Settings**, then choose a section under **Account**:

| Section       | Purpose                                                                                |
| ------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Profile       | Review and update personal account information.                                        |
| Your memory   | [Manage personal context](/docs/settings-and-management/memory) available to the assistant. |
| Notifications | Choose which supported email notifications to receive.                                 |
| Security      | Review the security options available for your sign-in method.                         |

## Step 1: Navigate to Account Settings

Open **Settings** and select **Profile** under **Account**. Check that you are signed in with the account you intend to change.

## Step 2: Update Your Profile

Use the profile controls to update the account details available to you. Profile and security controls depend on your sign-in configuration; an organization-managed login may offer different options from a personal login.

Changing profile details does not grant access to another organization or study. Ask an organization admin to manage your membership, and use [study sharing](/docs/settings-and-management/permissions-and-sharing) for study access.

## Step 3: Configure Notifications

Open **Notifications**. Each preference saves when you select **Enabled** or **Disabled**.

| Notification                 | What it covers                                                                                                |
| ---------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| First interview completed    | An email when a study's first interview completes.                                                            |
| Study launch feedback survey | A short feedback survey after launching a study.                                                              |
| Report ready                 | A scheduled Storylines report that you are a recipient of has finished generating, including chapter reports. |

The **Report ready** preference does not subscribe you to every Storyline. You must also be a recipient of the scheduled report.

## Security

Open **Security** under **Account** to review the controls offered for your login. For organization-wide sign-in policies, contact your organization admin.
