Conveo helps teams design studies, recruit participants, conduct AI-moderated interviews, and analyze research. A study brings together the research objectives, interview guide, participant collection, and results. Researchers review the design and evidence throughout the workflow.

Research workflow

Start with the decision your research should inform. Define the audience and questions, test the interview, then monitor collection before drawing conclusions. Features and permissions can vary by organization and study configuration.

Quick Start

  1. Create or find a study. Describe the research to the study-design assistant, reuse an existing study, or start from a template. For existing recordings, use uploaded studies.
  2. Build the topic guide. Review questions, follow-up depth, languages, stimuli, and routing rather than assuming generated content is ready to launch.
  3. Test the study. Check the full participant flow and any screeners or quota rules.
  4. Recruit participants and monitor fieldwork. Review completion, quality, and eligibility while data arrives.
  5. Analyze questions, inspect supporting transcripts, and create reports for your audience.

Key Features

  • Study design: organize questions and stimuli around research objectives, with routing and structured question types where needed.
  • Interviews: collect responses through a participant flow configured for the study, including conversational follow-ups.
  • Evidence review: search and filter interviews, inspect transcripts and available recordings, and review data quality.
  • Analysis and sharing: use question analysis, themes, reports, and Talk to Your Data to investigate findings. Generated outputs require interpretation and checks against their sources.
  • Research organization: group work with projects and tags, and control access through sharing permissions.

What participants see

Participants open a study or recruitment link, complete the configured welcome and consent flow, and answer the interview questions. Screening, camera requirements, language, breaks, and repeat participation depend on the study configuration. The participant experience guide explains device checks, interruptions, resuming interviews, and diary participation. Use a test interview to verify the experience for your own design.
