Use Outputs to find reports, slide decks, and quote reels you can access. Use Bookmarks to keep your own collection of useful evidence and finished outputs for later work.

Find a saved output

Open Outputs in your organization’s Library area to browse across accessible studies. A study’s Outputs page narrows the list to that study; a Storyline’s Outputs area shows its research outputs and available wave filters. Use the controls available in the current scope: Study and project filters work together. If the selected study is outside the selected project, the result can be empty. Clear unnecessary filters before assuming an output is missing. More results load as you scroll. A filtered URL keeps its filter selections, but does not grant access. Another person opening the same URL sees the items their own permissions allow.

Create or manage an output

Use the creation composer where offered to describe the deliverable you need. Review the selected research and supplied context before submitting. Foundation outputs are a special case: start them from the Foundation’s Talk to Your Data area. Open a card to review its content. Available card actions depend on the output and your permissions. Follow the canonical workflow for generation, renaming, deletion, sharing, and downloads: A pending or failed card is not a finished deliverable. Review generation status before retrying, sharing, or downloading it.

Keep a personal collection

Select an item’s bookmark control where offered. Bookmarks support quotes, video insights, themes, charts, interviews, reports, slides, and quote reels. Open Bookmarks to revisit your collection in the current organization. Study and Storyline bookmark views narrow that collection to their research. Search or filter by type, and sort by Recently bookmarked or Type. Bookmarks are personal: the page does not show colleagues’ collections. Removing a bookmark removes the item from your collection without deleting its underlying evidence or output. Bookmarking does not publish the item or grant it to anyone else. You still need access to the bookmarked item. A bookmark is not a permanent copy: deletion of the source or loss of study access can make an item unavailable. Switch organizations deliberately; a bookmark is saved to the organization context in which you added it.

Make a reel from bookmarks

Select the checkboxes on bookmarked quotes or video insights, then choose Create quote reel. Other bookmark types cannot be selected as clips. Review the resulting reel in its editor, including clip order and available media, before sharing or exporting it. See Quote Reels. Study and Storyline bookmark pages offer this selection when you can edit their study. Creating a reel from the organization-wide collection requires organization-admin access; an editor can use the relevant study’s collection instead. Your picks survive filter changes, opening an item, and reloading in the same browser. They are separate for each account and organization or study collection; the study and its Storyline view share their selection. Hidden-by-filter picks can still be selected, so check the selected count and use Clear before starting an unrelated reel. Creating the reel clears the selection. If access or source items have changed, refresh the collection and review any error before retrying. Chart bookmarks preview their facet distribution and theme bookmarks can preview their theme reel. These are source previews, not frozen copies of the original chart or theme.

Troubleshooting

  • An output is missing: check the current organization, scope, filters, and access to contributing studies.
  • A bookmark is missing: check your organization and source access, then clear type/search filters.
  • A management action is absent: viewing an output does not imply access to every edit, share, or download action.
  • A shared list looks different to a colleague: lists honor each viewer’s access; use the output’s sharing controls to manage its audience.
