Brand kits give generated slide decks a reusable visual identity: colors, typography, logos, and sample slide designs. Use a kit to keep research outputs consistent with your organization or a client’s brand. Open Settings → Organization → Brand kits. Organization members can inspect kits; organization admins can create, edit, activate, or delete them. Changing the organization default affects other researchers’ new decks.

Create and review a kit

  1. Under New brand kit, enter a brand name.
  2. Upload brand guidelines or a strongly branded document, such as an investor report. Supported files are PDF, PNG, JPEG, and SVG. Upload between 1 and 8 files, each no larger than 50 MiB.
  3. Select Create draft from documents and wait for processing.
  4. Open the draft and review its colors, fonts, logos, and sample slides before activation.
Conveo interprets the supplied material with AI. Fonts are mapped to freely licensed equivalents rather than extracted from the document; exact reproduction of proprietary typography is not guaranteed. Check legibility, logo treatment, and whether the examples represent the intended brand. If processing fails, use the draft’s retry control. Retrying uses its existing uploaded source documents and is unavailable while processing is still running. An empty kit whose files have not been produced cannot be activated.

Refine a draft

Open the kit and choose Edit with AI to describe a change. Review the assistant’s proposed changes and accept or reject them. Editing an active or archived kit creates a new draft version. Review and activate that version when ready; asking for an edit does not immediately change the active organization default.

Set the organization default

Activate the reviewed kit to make it the default for new decks, including decks generated in the background or through Storylines. Only one kit is active for the organization. Activating another kit archives the previous one, which can be activated again later. Choose Revert to default to use Conveo (default) for new decks. Existing decks retain their selected kit when reopened or retried; changing the organization’s active kit does not restyle those decks automatically.

Change an existing deck’s kit

In an editable deck workspace, open the brand-kit selector, choose a kit, and confirm Rebuild deck. The assistant rewrites the slides in that identity and replaces the current slides. Review the rebuilt content and layout before sharing. Switching is unavailable while the deck is being built. Selecting the current kit again can reapply it when the slides do not match. A deck’s selection is separate from the organization’s default.

Delete a kit

Open the kit, select Delete kit, and confirm Delete permanently. Deletion is permanent. Deleting the active kit returns the organization to Conveo’s default. Decks linked to the deleted kit lose that selection and fall back to default branding on reopen; prefer archiving by activating another kit when you want to retain a reusable version.
